We try to hire friendly waitresses and cooks to promote a homey atmosphere. Our kitchen is open and Bar Seating is at a premium for the view of the "Organized Chaos" that goes on during a rush. Many customers feel so much at home that we see their faces everyday, and in fact have one gentleman who calls in sick if he isn't going to show (no lie).
